My dj mixes are "shaking"

Hey guys,
I've always had this issue with Ableton when it comes to making mixes (non-live mixes). The songs sound like they're shaking or almost wobbling. This is especialy noticable in the low frequencies, like long and extended bass lines. I have the Ableton EQ Three on both channels, and the Compressor and Limiter put on my master. I first suspected that one of these are causing this weird and annoying effect, but it's still there when I switch them all off.
Could it have to do with the way I warp the tracks to play the same tempo (Warp from here (Straight))? For example, one of the songs is originally 120 bpm and I'm warping it to 125 bpm and the bass wobbles like crazy. If this is the reason, is there any way to cover it up or fix it?
Thanks in advance!
