It quarantined it but not MaxRT. I moved it back and set an exclusion for it. Others reported it saying a virus with Avira. Live loads up with it in place and I can load it by itself so i think it's a false positive since malwarebytes didn't see anything in it either.

Anyone else seeing this after installation of Max 7? I have the latest (7.04).

Yep, don't worry.
This is known Windows "bug" since Max 7 came out.
I can't remember the details but you can ask the Cycling74 support.
