Ill Gates MPD 32. Which preset do I use?

Hey guys,
I just purchased the Ill Gates MPD32 DJ template. I'm following the instructions, and it's saying to select a preset on the MPD, either: preset 1 or preset 5. I'm using Live 9 suite.
On the MPD preset 1 is called LiveLite, and 5 is called ApplidAc. Neither work, or have the mappings set.
Any ideas on how to get this to work?
