Sending a midi CC on every transport stop using M4L?

Hi,
I need to send midi CC 120 or 121 (with a value of 0) whenever I stop Ableton (I always use the space bar, if that's of any use for mapping).
My Microwave XT's arp timing goes weird unless I either press its panic button or send one of those CCs each time... but I'd prefer for Live to take care of that automatically for me if possible.
Anyone know what the easiest way to go about this is using a M4L plugin?
