Live 9.2 crashes – should I switch back to 9.1?!

Seriously – what is up with Live 9.2? Nothing but trouble – crashing on the simplest tasks (ie. adding a single audio track)

And don't get me started on the freezes that Push cause when connected....

Has anybody had success with going back to an older version to resolve such issues?

I had a few crashes when i first updated to 9.2. Turns out it was because some of my vst's not being up to date. Once i updated them it's been all good except for NI Replika not working.

If i were you i would try updating VST's, reinstalling Ableton 9.2. If none of that works, i would revert to 9.1 and wait for 9.2.1 and hope that works better.

Yes, 9.2 is crashing about 3 times every day.

I send every report right away, and that's about all I know.

It's crashing with and without 3rd party plug-ins.

It is crashing especially hard with Sonic Faction's Archetype Bundle when I am running plug-ins.

(mac running yosemite, 16gb ram, 1tb SSD, 9.2)

9.2 has been far more stable for me. 9.1 was far, far worse (especially the later versions).
