Completely scrap the session view Im sick of looking at it.
Replace the session view with spinning circle and triangle view.

I want a more of a challenge when Im making music.

The spinning circles would be something that moves around the screen at random and you would have to catch them with your mouse in order to play the clip.
The triangles would move slowly and try to take over the circles. If you don't catch all the circles the triangles win.

for real. why pay for two things if you only need one?
this is why some keyboard synths have a rack mount version. who needs the keys?

I like the gamification idea. Just imagine something like Pac-Man in Live, and when he turns blue, the bass drops. Much more engaging and dynamic performance.

Try not to post crap in this section. A lot of people hope desperately that their legitimate views will be taken note of by the Ableton team for future updates and it sucks to think that they have to sift through this kind of stuff (crap).

Hi noob.

The absolute best way to get feature suggestions looked at is to send an email directly to Ableton. The forum is far less likely to produce results, Ableton do look here occasionally, but emails go directly into their feature suggestion list. Learned this from an Ableton employee.

You will need to not be so judgmental and compartmentalized in your thinking if you plan on posting on the forums, the regulars here will eat you alive.
Keep it fun, interesting, or don't post at all, and like I said if you want a feature, email them.

Yes please, this forum is checked often by Ableton and they clearly are not going to scrap something like session view. The OP made all kinds of feature wishlists that were clearly not going to happen for some reason, there's no need to post that here in the forums.

Please keep it on topic if you're not posting in the Lounge, that's what it's for,
