max ir measurement device not working?

hey,
i tried to create an impulse response from a digital reverb plugin, but it´s not working.
can someone please explain how to set up live?
i´m wondering if my max ir measurement is working correctly, because i can´t see "progress" or "measurement done" in the status bar. my device looks like this:
