routing rec-enabled and monitored tracks to only to cue-out?

Hi,
Is it possible to route automatically every track that is monitored to the cue-out (3/4)?
I´m trying to set up a simple way to work in one room with speakers (no live-input should be there) and headphones (live-input needed). I switch back and fourth frequently and also create often new tracks for overdubs.
I can think of workarounds, but is there a direct way?
