Midi controller issues

Hi
I'm preparing an imminent gig, and I'm facing two weird midi issues.
1. Two sends are dead. they look light grey, and don't react anymore. I have perobably assigned somnething wrong, but I'm unable to find it
2. I use a korg EMX, but have replaced the kick with a Jomox Mbase01. The midi signal is coming out from the Korg EMX and goes thru a midi track to the Mbase.
When I turn some of the sends, it also changes the midi parameters of the Mbase. This happens also if I turn the sends with the mouse, so it is not a double mapping.
This should not happen, and I really have no clue of why.
If I don't find the reason, I will have to change the setup, and it is too late now (gig on Saturday).
