Saving all my Presets / Racks / Audio effects to USB?

This has probably been asked before and I am currently googling it, but thought it maybe best to drop a note here
Whats the best way to save my presets, effect racks, etc using Ableton own FX and 3rd party plug in effects to a USB stick incase I need to reformat my Computer etc?
Is there a quick way to drag my presets and see them in a folder so I can move to a USB with all the data intact should I move computer or reformat?
(Obviously providing I re-install some of the 3rd party plug ins too, so that they work)!!
Most of mine are Ableton stock FX though.
Thanks for any help

all your presets should be contained in your user library.
Goto Preferences -> Library -> Location of User Library
This will tell you were the files are stored.
You should see all you own presets in this directory (or just back up the complete user library)

I have tried Library > Preferences > Ableton and here I have folders for all my past versions? (can I delete these?)
So I am using 9.5 latest version and in that folder I just have :
Library.cfg
Log.txt
Preferences.cfg
etc etc
Can I not see my individual presets and saved custom fx names to drag drop to a USB stick?

Actually click on the FX in Ableton, and "show in finder" seems to show that particular list so i could copy and paste to a USB?

Yes, when you click show in finder, it opens up the root folder which Ableton is reading/writing to. So you can pull that folder on to your USB and it will be saved.
