Move a track through the Live API....is it possible?

Hello,
I am writing a new script but I have one big problema. I am not able to sort the tracks in the order that I want.
I need to duplicate a track and after move the new one to another position.
I can duplicate it, but I don´t find how to move it...
Any ideas?
