Hey, so I downloaded an Ableton effect called the Smackos Tape Station. It came as an .adg file and is supposed to work on Ableton 9 or later. I have Ableton Live 9 Lite, and when I try to drag this effect anywhere I get the following message: "This device is not available in this version of Live." My first assumption is that my version of Live is too "basic" to utilize this effect. I also thought I was maybe using the file wrong. Sooo, what is my problem?

A. Do I need to upgrade to a different version of Live, and if so, which versions will do the trick?
B. Am I just using the .adg file wrong? How should I go about using it?

Any answers would be greatly appreciated, as I really like the way this effect sounds and I want to begin using it ASAP.

It probably uses one of the effects not available in the lite version of Live, so you'd need to upgrade to the full vision or suite depending on what the device is.
