I reinstalled Korg KLC.

The following were displaying VST's

M1
Wavestation
PolySix
MDE
MS20
MS20E

The following was NOT displaying VST's
LegacyCell

On x64 playform to get LegacyCell to work create a new folder path within your LC folder page

../vst-64-bit/korg-legacy-collection/M1
../vst-64-bit/korg-legacy-collection/Wavestation
../vst-64-bit/korg-legacy-collection/PolySix
../vst-64-bit/korg-legacy-collection/MDE
../vst-64-bit/korg-legacy-collection/MS20
../vst-64-bit/korg-legacy-collection/MS20E
../vst-64-bit/korg-legacy-collection/LegacyCell

Now create
../vst-64-bit/korg-legacy-collection/LegacyCell (revised)

Copy ALL dll files from ../polysix ../ms20 ../mde ../ms20e ../legacycell to the new LegacyCell (revised) folder

Do not delete original DLL folder paths.

Refresh VST detection and LegacyCell will display on your VST imports list, true story
