Lol. troll bait or what?

It's been nearly three years between release of Push 1 and Push 2 and I hardly doubt Ableton is going to wait till a possible Push 3 to release Live 10, which would be somewhere 2018 or something.

I think Ableton has their hands full currently fixing all the issues with Push 2, as the issues with the Pads (velocity issues) is pretty serious and critical and if they are unable to fix this through firmware and it ends up being a flaw in the hardware..... well, then there might not even be a Live 10 or Push 3 at all.

So lets all cross fingers first and they can iron out the issues with Push 2. I love this thing to bits, but the issue with the Pads is really killing it at the moment. It's friggin' annoying and makes the Push 2 useless, when using velocity sensitive VST instruments/patches and drum kits. I am forced to use a keyboard now for those.

As if they cannot solve this within a reasonable time, I might end up asking for a refund on my Push 2 and recent Suite upgrade. /sigh

It will be great if Akai can make the pads.

Sorry  just a little joke.

It'll be an iPad app and a controller. But it will require an iLol USB key to make sure your version is legit.

Live 10 will not need any changes in audio-related mechanisms and introduce a full range of video possibilities.

Your CPU will melt and simmer like an ice cube on a frying pan

So here are Threads around were people advice: JUST DO IT! on the Trade-IN question.
viewtopic.php?f=55&t=220094

I am not willing to break my workflow atm because i can sell a good working Push 1 for 150 bucks and may recieve Push 2 in that condition.
@the end would have spent 850 bucks for 2 Controller - but own only one ?
No Win-Win Situation on my Side, at least the Trade have a social Factor, that I like on the Idea.

Back to Topic

I would like to see chainable trackloading or Splitmode to open 2 Sets in one Instance for better performing Live-Gigs without the transition-break while loading another set.

Assign 2 Push or other Controller on 2 synced Instances of Live would also solve this Problem ^^^^

Then the Microtuning and Quartertone-possibilities are clearly missing.

A Push-Integrated J74-like Chordprogression would be nice.

ClyphX integrated like M4L or an script-editor to push Lives Clips on Stereoids.

LiveX would be with this^^ Features a noBrainer worth tu upgrade for me, even when i am on the way to solve
all the points already now, but the workarounds are sometimes kind of nasty, timeconsumig, and creativity-killing.

Just got my push 2 and live suite. It is incredible. I really don't know what I would want to add without getting ridiculous. Audio outs? Audio ins?! Midi breakout ports a la launchpad pro?! is any of that even necessary? The only thing I want at this point is to build, or more reasonably, have someone else build a push dimensioned box for a mac mini, motu ultralite, and patch bay. Lay push on top and it would be the new MPC only way cooler! Connect a monitor in the studio, and perform live without one...stoopid fresh

That Live 10 can do away with Audio and MIDI tracks and instead has 'Hybrid Tracks'
With this you can record Audio straight to MIDI devices using Push and none of this faffing around with 'converting' business.

No Push 3 before Push Touch

Live 10 will be all about touch interface

Oh god no. Something else to distract them from ubiquitous feature requests

If I weren't a Push 2 owner, I'd be a little upset that every update lately has been 10 new features for Push and one bug fix for live :D
But I am, so... wheeeee
