Push 2 not working - Windows 10

I just bought Ableton Suite and Push 2 together and installed Ableton with all its packs on my Windows 10 PC. When I turn on my Push it just shows "Push 2" on the screen and then disappears. I've pretty much gone through all the troubleshooting suggestions available online and nothing so far seems to work. The I/O is set up correctly in Ableton, my PC recognizes the device in the Device Manager. I don't know if it's just incompatible with Windows 10 or what, but if anyone else has had a similar problem and managed to fix it, please help me out!! Thank you.

It sounds dumb, but make sure that the USB cable is fully inserted into the back of Push 2. More than a few people have had this issue, it's a snug fit and sometimes seems like it's all the way in when it's not.

Yeah it's definitely in there all the way. I made sure of that by checking my USB ports in the device manager, and it shows the Push 2 in audio and in display.

It just started working. No idea how. Just turned it on again and it turned on...thanks.

Push 2 is buggy as hell on Windows 10!
Best procedure I found, is to start Ableton Live first and when it's fully loaded, then (and only then) turn on the Push 2.
That seems to be working best for me. Though, I still get the usual hangup now and then and have to kill and restart Ableton Live.
