Traktor style channel filter for ableton

Post by Hungry_Man » Sun Feb 21, 2016 10:54 pm

Hiya. I've been using Traktor alot and really like the filter on the Traktor channel. While at 12 o clock it is disabled. Twist it to 3pm and it becomes a high pass filter sweeping up. Twist it to 9pm and it becomes a low pass sweeping down. It does not seem possible to achieve this with autofilter using a single midi knob. Does anyone have a workaround or know of a 3rd party filter I could achieve this effect with?

I have access to the Traktor plugins via Guitar Rig and there are some Traktor filters, however the Traktor channel filter is not one of them.

Thanks

Yup you just need to explore the use of an effects rack.

I could explain it but thru the use of multiply chains and the chain selector you should figure it out.

Happy Ableton-ing!
