Drum Rack selection with Push (2)

Noticed some problems with the Drum Rack.
If i have several samples loaded in a drum rack and switch to an other track with Push 2
and back to the drumrack several times.
The drum rack group will be opened up randomly.
If i only switch between tracks for recording its very confusing if the drum rack opens, if i want to select it only for recording.
Because if i will switch to the next track
i have to close the drum rack group first.
(It opens up randomly after several track selections)
Maybe someone other noticed that prob.
