We need the ability to nest groups within groups. For example, in Session View, I want to group all my drums/percussion together as DRUM group, then my bass & rhythm guitar as BASS/RHYTHM group.

That gives me the flexibility to start up a new bassline + rhythm guitar without changing the drums/percussion OR to change them all together.

you can use groups and then route those groups to sends.

Not at all. How does that help me launch two Groups on a Scene at once without launching the other Clips or Groups on that Scene?

Sounds like you may be answering my request for Automation on Groups within Session View, but even then routing to Send is not what I want as it doesn't allow a 0-100% wet signal.

Yes I want that as well, so I can group multiple hat/shaker type tracks together eq and compress them together and then group them in a overall drum group! +1
