Resample Midi/Convert to Audio

Hi!
Although it is already fairly easy to convert a midi track to audio I think this process is so common that it should be accessible even faster.
Like: right click -> Convert to Audio, which would be the same as creating a new Audio Track, setting the input to that channel, hitting record, waiting…, and finishing the record etc.
Basically everything needed is already there - it'd just be nice if that workflow was automated.
Or: mark a section in an audio track, right click: Insert resampled Audio. Again basically everything needed for that process is already there - but would be so much faster if it was automated.
