Ableton Live 9.6.2 Crash ~ Please Read!

Hi, I wasn't really sure where to put this, but I ordered a launchpad about 1 week ago... I got it in the mail today and I downloaded Ableton Live 9 Trial Version... Whenever I load up a project file (.als) my Ableton crashes... My computer stats and crash image can be seen here

Also, Im using a Novation Launchpad MK2 and the project file im using is called Faded... which can be found here:

Since i didnt get to buy ableton, i dont have access to that, i have an account but like i said im using the trial version

Why wouldn't Ableton give support to a potential customer? I can't see anything on that contact form requiring a licence number. Have you tried contacting them? You can even attach & send them your set when you contact them.
