List of my launchpad problems

This is my second post on the ableton forums... Before you read this, the launchpad itself is fully functional... It's mainly stuff in ableton that is messing me up, please reply to anything you may know how to fix! Thank you!
1.) Ableton crashes to most project files
2.) Ableton Authorization doesn't stay permanent
3.) Sometimes the buttons on the launchpad doesn't match up right
4.) Launchpad lights in file not working (lights are fully functional because when I plug it in they all work)
5.) The different type of preset pages (buttons to the right) aren't working (this is mainly an ableton issue)
