Focusrite Scarlett Solo

I have the first generation Scarlett Solo Audio Interface, and have nothing but great things to say about it. Now that Focusrite has released the 2nd Generation of the Solo interface, I have been wondering if I should upgrade. Thoughts? I have also been looking at the new M-Audio "Large Knob" interfaces. Thoughts? Feelings?
