I'm back from 2.0 to good old 1.52

On our last gig I used the new Live 2.01. On the overall it
worked great but our drummer (which plays to a click track which
is being synced by live) noticed timing glitches. Once in a while
the clicktrack just started shifting. And on one song where I change
the tempo, the clicktrack went crazy!

I use a PB 1Ghz OSX 10.2.1 connected to a midisport 2x2 connected to a roland R8 drummachine (which is producing the clicktrack).

Anyhow, we went back to 1.52 and now the problem is gone.

I have my Click-Track embedded in a Live Track - no shifting or whatever.
Every Tempo Change also changes the Click...

Mackie Soundscape MIXTREME card with 16 In/Outputs...

No more wishes - almost...!

Hey Manfred.

We need to let the world know what a GREAT card the Mixtreme is in a live PC setup. Fabulous low latency, routing and drivers. Have you got the new Drawmer compressor plug? What a beauty.

I am using and BetaTesting Soundscape gear since 1994 so I am involved
in all developments - PlugIns and the like.

I am also tracking on a 48track Soundscape DAW...
My PC is equipped with MIXTREME for GigaStudio, Reaktor and Live...

Great set indeed!!!

Is there a way to make this reproduceable with your setup ? I tried it with the same setup here (OSX 10.2.1 with a 2x2 and a R8 as slave) and could not find any problems.
Which AudioInterface do you use ? Did you used Vst plugs or ran a looped arrangement in your gig ?
