hello community. I'm trying to do this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1r8qoy6U28 but instead of just making a .als folder like the way he did it. It always creates a Project folder in the destination folder first and then the .als folder. I know that video is 4 years old to, so wondering if ableton live just does it like that now or is there a way to bypass that from happening and do it just like he does it in the video?

Reason I ask is I usually drag and put all the bits and pieces of clips and audio stuff that I like to a folder for later use, but if it keeps making this additional projects folder first it's just going to cause a lot of digging into folder into folders and would love to do it just like the video. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Live won't create a project folder within an already existing project folder when you save your clips. So you can create one project folder (call it "clips" or whatever you want as your top folder to save your clips in) and then save all your clips within that folder.

Awesome, exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much for your help! Do you think this method he shows works a bit better than making ordinary clips? Btw I checked out some of your music like that platapus song and live set preview and really like it.
