How can I EQ my PC audio.

I'd like to run all of my computer sounds through an EQ using Ableton for my PC. I was wondering if there is a way to route all my sounds through Ableton. I want to change the pitch settings when I listen with my headphones, they're Bluetooth and the drivers for them aren't well supported on PC. I've tried but haven't been successful because I haven't used Ableton in years. If someone could point me in the right directions or help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm out of Windows, but check out VB-Audio Virtual Cable. What's you're asking is mostly a routing issue and this might be useful for that.

Depending on your soundcard, loop your PC audio out of one output then into a line input, through Live then out a second set of outputs to the mixer/monitors. Of course you need multiple I/O but that is by far the easiest without virtual audio drivers etc.
