Hey all!
I am looking for a way to play a MIDI sequenced melody in a clip with a MIDI controller, but... having ANY MIDI input trigger the next note in sequence.

Hopefully that makes sense, if not.

1. I have a melody in a clip ( E D C D E E E D D D E E E )
2. I have an electronic drumset that outputs a different MIDI note per drum (C1, C#1, D1,)
3. I want to be able to hit ANY drum and have that play the next MIDI note in the melody.

I know how to do it with audio. I've downloaded AZ Labs Slice controller, and I can set the 'next slice' to my MIDI notes.

but, midi. I got nothing.
Anyone able to help?!

That's CLOSE! Unfortunately, I need more than 16 notes, and the melody has different duration.
