Hey Guys

I'm doing some online tutorials with an Ableton trainer over Skype and I'm looking for a good screen/audio capture software to record the session. I'd like to do this instead of taking notes so I can refer to exactly what was done in the tutorial. We cover a lot in two hour sessions so it's the way forward for me.

If you're on Mac i can't recommend Screenflow highly enough!

I'd only be using it to capture my screen and audio so it's a little pricey just for that. Have you any other cheaper recommendations please.

I know you can use Quicktime but you can't record the audio whilst listening to it at the same time...

Screenflow for sure. Quicktime works, but I find that it kicks the CPU up on my laptop to the point where my fans kick on.

But yes, I use Screenflow for all video editing these days, fast and easy to use.
