1. I am on a 4k Monitor,
2. I love 4k view when doing "eagle eye view" editing
3. I love 200% zoom view when doing "single track view" editing
4. I currently use Ctrl+comma ZOOM steting to change from 4k to 200% view modes.
5. I'm tired of using CTRL+comma Preferences to change zoom setting
6. On Google Chrome I Press CTRL & (-/+) to zoom.
6 (Most important) How do I create MACRO HITKEYS CTRL +/- to ZOOM in 14.2% plus/minus zoom intervals in Ableton?

If you want to automate ANYTHING on a windows machine, look in to auto hot key. https://autohotkey.com/
I believe Applescript is the mac equivalent, but have never used it myself.

Also, I would totally recommend picking up some type of scripting keyboard.
I use the Logitech G13 gamepad. You can assign key combos, record automation and screen clicks etc. The interface is stupid simple and quick to learn.
I use it with ableton and have narrowed my button presses down to about 12 regular keys (in arrangement view anyway).

That doesn't answer your question, but hopefully it will help.
