BeatRepeat should have a "no quant" record option like Looper has

That's what the "repeat" button is for. Unless you're talking about all the timed parameters ?

the repeat button is quantized to always start on the first downbeat of every bar. if u have it set to one bar . it always "snaps " . ie. it's the same thing as beat retrig mode for the arp if the arp was set to 1bar retrig . it doesn't just sample the first bar of audio once u hit repeat. it waits until the "global" sync clock reaches the next first downbeat of the closest next bar

it's tied to that same "master clock" that live is using that determines the overall sync, even if global quant is set to "no".
