I wonder if anyone have any recommendations on how to setup "Export Audio" for best results when uploading contents to streaming services such as Spotify, Apple or Soundcloud.

Should one mess with bit depth or dither options?

Find a metering plug in that shows you the LUFS value. Set up the master so youre reading -16LUFS and -1 TP, 16bit with triangular dither. On vacation with crap internet, but I can expand in this if you need when I get back on Monday.
