I've been trying to figure out what kind of digital synths would be best for playing in a live setting, i.e. using my midi keyboard with the synth.
There's a few options i was thinking of getting:
serum, diva, and also i was curious about native instruments arturia.
any thoughts or advice? this topics got me pretty confused, thanks for the help.

Depends on what you're trying to accomplish and the setup.
If it's a full solo set, it could be any number of choices to even. Or using any synths.
If you're playing with a band, it depends on the type of band and the kinds of sounds and particularly what kind of control you want over the sound.
If you're playing in a polka band for instance, the Korg m1 has a lot of really nice sounding accordions and operates at relatively low CPU and is extreeeemely easy to change presets on.
A lot of the ones you mentioned might work a little more predictably in a studio setting.

It would be for solo and with a band. and it would be electronic music, so the sounds i would be using would be along that genre.
I guess im really wondering if the synths i mentioned would work or be convenient in a live setting, or whether or not there are digital synths designed specifically for live use, you know?
as far as control, id definitely want to have control over modulation, i.e. mapping perimeters to my mod wheel and stuff like that.

Hey on the video- the FLUTE sounds
Is there a soft synth/ VST plug in that does those effects on flute sounds?
In particular the trills when hit loudly and
scale glissandos when leaping large intervals
Looking for a flute vst that sounds like those keyboards!!!
Thanks, Ara
