I have just recorded a test recording of the start of a live set we're working on, but the fx movements have not been recorded in the audio even though
when recording it it was working via the monitor speakers. Could someone help[ me with this please because i can only send a flat copy to the others in the
band unless i can sort this problem out..

p.s to control the fx im using an APC40

Are you using return tracks to process effects? If so, route the return tracks to a third audio track (Audio to ---> whatever), then record THAT track.

If you're not using return tracks and you've dropped effects directly on the track, then you shouldn't have a problem recording what's being processed there.

I am using fx on the master channel via an APC40..
they work fine out of the monitors, just didn't record on the audio when recorded.
