Just wondering what footswitch people are using with Push 2 and Ableton Live ? (not sustain pedal)

Do you mean an Expression pedal (that controls volume or a variable value of CC like a controller) or a switch (like sustain which is either just ON or OFF)?

I use a sustain on Push, no name brand, for holding notes but via my MCU I have a "foot switch" similar to this one that I use next to my sustain pedal at my keyboard to punch in/out record and overdub while I play. It's just a simple switch on a wire.

I should mention that the way I use this foot switch is connected to my MCU which runs through Bome Midi Translator where I have multiple masks for the switch that allows me to select what I want it to control (clip record/overdub, global record, play/stop) and also if its toggle or momentary since the pedal is only momentary itself, Bomes allows rules and also allows me to send the output as if it's coming from another controller so depending on your needs it may not be suitable.

I mean like to trigger recording of clips
