I had to update the firmware on my Hilo to work with it, but otherwise the upgrade was entirely uneventful.

A host of reasons....my system is used commercial applications in audio post production and music. I've been on 10.8.5 for some time because of a host of various plugins I need to work. This OS has become a dinosaur for normal computer activities...Chrome and upgrades to other browsers are not supported. There was a flash update this week that can't be updated because the browser can't be updated. A bunch of various shit like that. Too much to list.
