Are there any differences between Windows home and Windows pro when using Live? What is good way to preconfig Windows 10 pro?

I don't think so. AFAIK the only difference is that Pro has some extra features that most people don't really need.

Like TheWholeDamnZoo said, the main difference is the extended network functionality that you need when you want to join a company network, but that doesn't eat up any resources when you simply don't use it.

You should probably uninstall all the fancy apps that come with a standard installation, as many of them are permanently active in the background.
