hey..
whenever I try to import big files (1 hour±)
ableton is getting a stroke.. it just stuck for few minutes
it would be really helpful see that something is going on behind the scenes.
and that ableton is not stuck.. file is loading %


btw, auto warp long samples is off
im using macbook pro 2015 with i7 16gb.. with all the good stuff

This feature would be great to have.

Especially when you create long DJ Mixes as I do from time to time.

When you import an old mix you want to cut or change it usually is 60+ minutes long. This is something ableton have trouble handling.

If I try to import 3 1 hour long sets and want to merge them together the 2 or maybe 3 one will cause Ableton to crash.

I use a Macbook Pro Quad Core i7 with 16gb of memory and and SSD drive so this should not be a problem in my hardware.
