Does anyone know if global groove amount is applied to Midi when you export the clips? I'm trying to collaborate with a friend who's a PC Nuendo user, and I need to send him the midi drum parts that I've knocked out with Impulse. But obviously it won't sound right without the shuffle. Any ideas?

here's what you do:

• Load up the clip you need to have shuffled.

• Insert new midi track, set the input of that track to the output of the first.

• Set record quantize to "none" in the Edit menu.

• Arm and record into the new track.

You can then export the resulting midi clips instead of the impulse drum parts.
