Is there a channel strip plugin where I can fire it up on master or mix bus and it gives me a full channel strip showing all tracks with built-in eq similar to Logic's mixer?

You can make a template and save it as default..... You can use Wave SSL plugin as excellent channelstrip. Or build one of the very good components of Live itself. (e.g.: EQ8 Compresser etc....).

Thanks, I was thinking more about having some kind of a light weight izotope neutron mixtap type plugin on each track and have a mixer type plugin interface on mix buss or master track - the mixer plugin would talk to all the light weight plugins on each track and provide a full mixer functionality with a channel strip for each track - mainly interested in high pass and low pass for each track in the mixer type window - this plugin can be placed on a separate window than abletons main window

Proberly lighter than Waves I guess what you suggest! Never thought about that.....

I only use EQ or compression when needed, and if it sounds better.....

Maybe max4live has a device that can talk as you call it to correct frequencies? It's a nice concept if there is none. Saves you a lot of cash on 3rd party vst.

Sounds like a hardware controller of some sort. Or maybe an MFL device, but I've never seen one.

If you have a lot of screen real estate there's nothing stopping you from adding a channel strip plug-in to each track and disable "Auto-hide plug-in windows". Then place the channels as you want and hide and show these with Ctrl/Cmd-Alt-P.

That's what I do when mixing down with Waves NLS. It's a little bit messy, but works.
