How do I remove this strange clicking sound in my audio?

There is this strange clicking sound of some kind in my clip that I brought over from my op-1. I can't quite tell what the issue is but the click only happens at the beginning of the loop that plays. I look at the audio and it seems that there is a sort of jump in volume maybe?

Once again, the click only appears at the beginning of the loop where there seems to be a spike in the audio.
How do I solve this? I was experimenting with the "gate" audio effect which did actually remove the click but the clip didn't sound nice and I felt that some notes were missing even.

Have no idea if this is the right forum but I will give it a try anyways :)
If this is the wrong forum please direct me to the right one

Thanks!

also using the trial version if that matters

If it's in the beginning of the clip you can try to adjust the start fade.

Or zoom in on your waveform and ensure the start of the wave is at a zero crossing (starts on the centre line)

Zeus, did you record into ableton using an audio interface or drag your tape files? I predominantly use the Op1 for recording, and struggle with pops mostly when im recording using my sound card. I noticed this happens most often with drum loops for me. I found that really tooling around with the fades helps alot, but is tedious since i have to do this with every clip.
