I did not know where to put this but I need help. Sold my copy of 10 on here over the weekend. I went to transfer the license over and recieved the email to confirm of which I did. Since then it’s not transferred over at all and if I retry get the message that it’s in the process.
I had sent an email to ableton regarding this issue but not heard a thing.

Be patient. 1st of May is a public holiday in Germany. They'll be back at their desks today.
