Computer keyboard won't work with specific drum rack, why?

I have a custom drum rack which isn't done being filled. I used to be able to play the drum rack with my keyboard and cycle through octaves to play every pad. Now, the keyboard doesn't trigger any of the 128 pads at all-- no yellow play sign lights up or anything. Clicking the pads plays them normally with no problems.
If I make a clip and try to play the keyboard in the clip, the keys will light up red but no sample will trigger; however, if I click the key manually, it will light up red and the sample will trigger as usual.
This only happens with one drum rack and I've even tried making new tracks and throwing the rack on, still no luck. Other drum racks, even custom ones, play as usual.
Why can't I use my computer keyboard to play this drum rack? I've made sure that record enable is set to on and that the computer keyboard is working.
