Live global presets?

Ive got touchOSC running to control Ableton Live and VDMX via tablet. Im creating some 'preset' buttons on the tablet and in VDMX there are different preset states which when toggled change a variety of parameters. Is this function also available in Live? ie a single global preset button that will change multiple parameters in multiple fx units?

I think people often refer to these as snapshots. And there should be a lot of devices on the maxforlive site which do this.

As mentioned above, Clyphx is another amazing option.
