I don't really understand what "expand drum racks upwards" means. I also searched the Suggestions in Centercode for "expand" and "upwards", couldn't find any a suggestion that fit.
Anyhow:

Doesn't seem to mention anything related to "expand drum racks upwards", and I don't remember any change with the Drum Racks (or Racks in general).

Ok fair enough - stretch the drum rack upwards - like you can with the clip editor and the new instruments.
