is there a way to access the Effekt chain in a drum rack (the ones where you drop your effects to below the chains) from push 2 and tweak them?
also, i would love to have more then 8 parameters in a macro set. but other then map 8 which is not reliable i couldnt find a way..

There is no way to access them from the Push 2 controller unfortunately.
If you select them in the software you can edit them from the Push controller.
