Running stereo tracks live + in-ear click? Interface?

Hi there,
I'm looking for an inexpensive audio interface solution that would allow me to run multi-channel audio in a live scenario. I'd like to send a stereo mix to the house of the main outs (1/2), and then a cue mix for my in-ear monitoring setup using separate channels, headphone out or 3/4. Ideally I had wanted to run something from an iPad to cue songs rather than Ableton (since there are no triggers involved), but I can't figure out an audio interface that will allow multichannel / separate outputs so that we can keep both a stereo mix and a click separately rather than combining them into a stereo mix and panning hard left/right, which we'd prefer not to do.
My budget for this is around $100 and I'm definitely looking for something portable obviously. Thanks!
