Just updated to OSX update 10.13.6 (17G2307) creates huge ~CPU spikes


I9 32Gb macbook pro 2018

i've got one of the 2.6 GHz i7 MBP 2018 machines, and haven't had any issues so far...

Did you update to the new OSX interim update that came out yesterday ?

HAve you been having an issue with crackling sound when using MacBook speakers?

are you referring to the second supplemental update that came out a week ago? i haven't seen any newer updates than that one.

i haven't experienced crackling, but i don't use the internal speakers much...
