I'm trying to:

1- Transpose several midi clips at once
2- Edit several midi clips at once (for example lengthen the tail). In arrange view, Live 10 let you see several midi tracks at once but only edit the midi contained in one track at the time

This is a workaround.

Use the pitch midi effect, set it to the transposition you wish for then copy the midi effect to all the clips you want to.
