In Ableton it's possible to save both an audio track group, as well as an individual audio tracks as clips by dragging the respective track headers into the user library. I can then recall those tracks anytime by dragging them into sessions. Is there a way to recall these tracks via Push?

I am sure you can just go through the same process.

To make things quicker add the group clip to your collections and try adding from there.
