How do you change audio drivers when using mac OS 10.3.7?

I'm new to the world of Mac computers and I can't seem to find how to change drivers in the Live Preferences tab. I'm using the latest version of Live 4 on an Ibook G4 with an M-Audio firewire 410 soundcard. With the coreaudio drivers latency is 10 in 9 out, buffer size set to 127. Thx in advance.

What would you want to change them to? OS X uses nothing but CoreAudio.

Well, I thought the high latency was because of the driver type I used. I'll have to find an other way to lower it then. Thanks anyway for your time.
