The Automation tools in Live are so outdated

Imagine the time it would take to make a complex, accurate, time synced curve like this in Live. Imagine if you wanted to slope that curve differently. Imagine if you wanted to lengthen or shorten or expand that curve... Total time taken in (unnamed other DAW) 10 seconds.
